I relocated to Charlotte from Denver, Colorado in 2004 with my family. During this move, I learned to appreciate the value of a local real estate advisor. This sparked my passion for real estate, leading me to sell my retail business in 2007 to pursue a career in this field. My journey has spanned significant market events, including the crash of 2008 and the boom of the early 2020s. In 2016, I relocated my family from Ballantyne (NC) to the Fort Mill/Indian Land area of South Carolina. Our home in the Bridgemill subdivision has been a dream come true. We love living in the suburbs of the Charlotte Metro Region and enjoying the Country Club Style Amenities Bridgemill offers. The proximity to the mountains and beaches is perfect for our family vacations, whether hiking and camping at Beech Mountain, Asheville, and Boone or making quick trips to Wrightsville Beach and Hilton Head Island.
